ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: <.... to issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction, particularly a Writ of Mandamus declare the actions of Respondent Nos. 4 to 7 in foisting false case against the petitioner, threatening the petitioner and family on 29-10-2024, 12-11-2024 by trespassing the house of

petitioner threatening the family members and beating the petitioner black and blue on 14-11- 2024 and also regularly harassing the petitioner AND family till date, as illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional and consequently.. a) direct Respondents 2 and 3 to protect petitioner and his family from the further harassment by Respondent Nos. 4 to 7 and also direct the Respondents 2 and 3 to take disciplinary action against Respondents 4 to 7 for their high- handedness and abuse of power. b) appoint a senior official to conduct a detailed inquiry into the matter, including obtaining Google location data of all involved parties for the relevant dates. c) and to and pass.=
2. Heard Sri N.Ravi Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the grievance in this matter is with regard to the action of certain adult officers who pressurized the petitioner to transfer the property, and that the petitioner was beaten black and blue. Moreover, in light of the orders passed by this Court, the CCTV footage for the relevant period has also been preserved, and the Court may pass appropriate orders.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that upon receiving repeated complaints against the petitioner, the Sub-Inspector of Police, Gudur Rural Police Station, deputed two constables to collect information regarding the petitioner, who is an accused in Crime No. 181 of 2024, as he had not responded to telephone calls. At that time, the accused behaved in a high-handed manner and revolted against the constables. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that the CCTV footage dated 14.11.2024 is readily available on the hard disk of Gudur Rural Police Station; however, its

monitoring, backup, passwords, etc., fall within the purview of the Unit Officer, Tirupati.
5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent No.3 is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner coupled with the CC TV footage pertaining to 14.11.2024 available with the police and take appropriate steps in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
