1. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:
“(i) Issue a writ of mandamus quashing impugned missing person report having registration No. 243 of 2024 registered on 22.11.2024 by the Police Station Sarkanda, District Bilaspur (C.G.) (Annexure P/1). (ii) Pass any other order the Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice.”
2. Mr. Kishore Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition as some settlement has taken place between the petitioners and private respondent.
3. Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, learned Government Advocate, appearing for respondents No. 1 to 4/State, has no objection.
