For the reasons mentioned in the petition, the Order passed by the learned Single Judge for this Court in Crl.P.No.6370 of 2025, dated 10.07.^25, at paragraph N0.9 (ii), directing the petitioner/accused No.4 to appear before the Station House Officer concerned twice in a week i.e., on every Wednesday and Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., till filing of charge sheet is modified. The petitioner/Accused No.4 shall now appear before the investigating officer as and when required.
