GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 to 5 interfering in civil disputes and directing the petitioners not to enter in to land in Sy.No.292-2 an extent of Ac.3.50 cents out of Ac.9.02cents situated at Gorantla Village and Mandal, Anantapur District though civil suit is pending in O.S. No.32/2017 on the file of Addl. District Judge, Hindupur in respect of the above said property without considering the same and without following any procedure under law and without any authority as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and violative of Article 21, 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India.” 2.
