Case No. 23/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Smt. Nikhat Ayesha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. The petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased Rinku Kumari who died due to drowning in the house of her father. 4. It was submitted that the victim was residing in her father’s house since last four years. It was further submitted that after investigation, police has submitted charge-sheet in this case under Section 306 of the I.P.C. 5. Mr. Subodh Kumar Dubey, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
