The instant contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court’s order dated 22.02.2024 passed in WPHC No. 30 of 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the order of this Court has been complied with. 2 3. Learned Counsel for the respondent no. 2 also contended that the order of this Court has been complied with vide order dated 05.07.2024. 4. Given the said submission made by the counsel for the respective parties and perusing the order dated 05.07.2024, this Court is of view that the order passed by this Court stands complied with. The respondent stand discharged of the contempt proceedings. 5. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands finally disposed of. 6.
