The petitioners therefore seek leave of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions and approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal. 2. However, this Court finds that the learned Counsel for the respondent-Bank had submitted on the previous occasion that the petitioners have not complied with the directions issued by this Court i.e., to deposit 20% of the outstanding amount with the respondent-Bank within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.
