This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the land acquisition notification in Form No.VI A in Reference No.G4/497/2019, dated 03.03.2020 purporting to acquire the land of the 1st petitioner in Sy.No.898-3 admeasuring Ac.0.25 cents and land of the 2nd petitioner in Sy.No.898-3 admeasuring Ac.1.20 cents of Yedida Village Mandapeta Mandal, East Godavari District, for the purpose of providing house sites to the weaker sections (Navaratnalu Pedavallandariki illu). 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the Tahsildar dated 23.09.2025 submits that the 2nd respondent issued the withdrawal notification to the subject lands of this writ petition vide D.Dis/G4/Rcpm/MPT/Yeditha/497/2019 dated Nil.03.2021, as alternative lands were identified for the purpose of providing house sites under the Welfare Scheme. 4. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
