The petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following reliefs:- “10.1. the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and to direct the respondent No.2 for providing the certified copy which was applied by the petitioner vide application dated 23/08/2024 within prescribed time limit. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is seeking a direction towards a respondent No.2/Tahsildar to provide some documents related to Panchnama and Patwari report vide application dated 23/08/2024, which is still pending and no certified copy of the said documents are being supplied by the respondent No.2. 3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to allow the limited prayer made by the petitioner. 4. Having considered the limited prayer made by the petitioner, which is not opposed by the State counsel, this petition is disposed of and it is directed that if the said application is still pending before the respondent No.2/Tahsildar, the same shall be considered and the document applied by the petitioner shall be supplied to him within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
