No. 9037/2025 on the file the High Court of Andhra Pradesh in Crime No.42/2024 on the file of Gannavaram Urban Police Station, more particularly condition No. iv of the conditions i.e. petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e.,on every Saturday between 10.00 am and 5.00 p.rn., till filing of the charge sheet, imposed by this Honble Court, Pending disposal of CRLP No. 9037 of 2025, on the file of the High Court. ✓ The court, while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present petition is filed seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed by this Court while granting regular bail in Cri.P.No.9037 of 2025 vide Order dated 10.09.2025. Prosecutor Learned Assistant Public representing the State would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions to appear before the Station House Officer as ordered by this Court for releasing him on bail. Considering the submissions and taking into consideration, the conduct of the petitioner after his release, as he has been complying with the conditions Imposed by this Court, the present petition is allowed, relaxing the condition to appear before the Station House Officer, concerned on every Saturday, till filing of charge sheet.
