The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.(5)(b) in Crl.O.P.No.772 of 2025 on 20.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required. 4.
