This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the award dated 29.07.2016 passed by the I Additional Labour Court, Bengaluru, in I.D.No.11/2014 (Annexure-L). This petition coming on for conciliation before National Lok Adalat, the following conciliation order is passed. CONCILIATION ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the award dated 29.07.2016 passed by the I Additional Labour Court, Bengaluru, in I.D.No.11/2014 at Annexure-L.
2. After negotiations, the parties have arrived at a settlement voluntarily. Accordingly, both the parties have filed a joint memo duly signed by them. Parties admit the contents of the joint memo. The joint memo shall be read as part and parcel of this order. - 3 -
3. Therefore, in terms of the joint memo, this writ petition is disposed of modifying the award dated 29.07.2016 passed by the I Additional Labour Court, Bengaluru, in I.D.No.11/2014 at Annexure-L.

The petitioner – Corporation has agreed to give appointment to Respondent-2 Shylasree.S on compassionate grounds as per rules prevailing in the petitioner-Corporation. 2. The LR’s of the deceased – workman are not entitled for the remaining benefits awarded by the Labour Court in the award dated 29.07.2016. 3. The parties to the proceedings have agreed for the above terms.
