OMP No.1166 of 2024 By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to delete the name of plaintiff No.1, from the array of parties on account of her death, who as per the application expired on 30.04.2021. It is further case of the applicant that her sole legal representative is already on record as plaintiff No.2. In view of no objection, made by learned Senior counsel appearing for defendant No.1, the application under consideration is allowed and plaintiff No.1, is ordered to be deleted from the array of parties. Application stands disposed of. OMP No.747 of 2021 In view of order passed in OMP No.1166 of 2024, the present application has become infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly. OMP No.1128 of 2024 By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to delete the name of defendant No.2, from the array of parties on account of his death, who as per the application, expired on 03.07.2022 by impleading the applicant being his sole representative as respondent No.2(a). In view of no objection made by learned Senior counsel appearing for the plaintiff No.2, the application under consideration is allowed. The name of defendant No.2, is ordered to be deleted from the array of parties and the applicant is ordered to be impleaded as respondent No.2(a). Application stands disposed of. OMP No.338 of 2024 In view of order passed in OMP No.1128 of 2024, the present application has become infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly. OMP No.1167 of 2024 By way of the present application, the compromise which had taken place between Jasveera Anoop Minhas and Randip Singh and Karan Parmar, on 01.10.2023 has been sought to be placed on record. In view of the said compromise, now the sole plaintiff does not want to pursue the application, filed under Order 9, Rule 9 of CPC read with Section 151 of CPC, bearing OMP No.14 of
2018.
Consequently, the application is disposed of by placing on record the compromise, which had taken place between the parties, which is Ext.PA. OMP No.14 of 2018 In view of compromise, entered into between the parties, the present application is dismissed, being not pressed.
