After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the impugned order 20.02.2025 (Annexure P-8) has been passed by the Executive Engineer, P & M Division, PSTCL, Ropar, the petitioner intends to approach the Chief Managing Director of the respondent-Corporation by filing representation and the said authority be directed to decide the said issue so that the petitioner does not suffer any prejudice. 2. Keeping in view the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, in case, any representation is filed by the petitioner against the impugned order dated 20.02.2025 (Annexure P-8) before the Chief Managing Director of the respondent-Corporation, the said authority is directed to decide the same within a period of eight weeks of the receipt of any such representation. 3.
