ORAL ORDER
Sri.Nandeesh.B.S., counsel on behalf of Sri.H.C.Shivaramu., for the petitioners and Sri.Mahantesh Shettar., AGA for respondents 2 to 7 have appeared in person.
2. The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Certiorari to quash the following: I. The Government Order dated:18.06.2012 vide Annexure-B. II. The Government Order dated:26.12.2012 vide Annexure-C. III. The Communication dated:21.02.2017 issued by the second respondent to all the Deputy Commissioners of the State vide Annexure-D. IV. The Government order dated:05.05.2017 vide Annexure-D1. V. The Communication dated:27.05.2017 issued by the third respondent vide Annexure-E. VI. The notification dated:20.05.2017 issued by the second respondent vide Annexure-F.
3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several
contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care.

AGA in presenting his arguments submits that the Government has filed a memo stating that the impugned Government Order dated:26.12.2012 in No.AaNaSa 36 AaNaSa 2011 and G.O. dated:18.06.2012 in AaNaSa 42 2012, has since been withdrawn as per order dated:29.07.2017 vide letter No.AANASA/17/RPR/2011(P-2). AGA therefore, submit that the Writ Petition does not survives for consideration. The oral submission made by AGA is placed on record.
5. Because of withdrawal of Government
Order dated:26.12.2012 in No.AaNaSa 36 AaNaSa 2011 and G.O. dated:18.06.2012 in AaNaSa 42 2012, nothing survives of
consideration in the present Writ Petition to pass any order at this juncture. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
