(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is confining the prayer in this petition to direct the respondents to furnish the loan documents including notices issued by the respondent-Bank to the borrower to enable her to seek recourse to the alternative remedy in accordance with law. On advance notice, Mr. D.K. Singal, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of the respondent-Bank and submits that the copies of the loan documents would be furnished to the petitioner within a period of 15 days. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent- Bank, the grievance of the petitioner has been substantially redressed. The petition is disposed of.
