Case No. 81 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 1705 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 376, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra. 3. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is aged about 24 years. Later on, petitioner refused to marry her. 4. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for about two years. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Simariya P.S.
