It appears from the final report that the petitioner was not chargesheeted for want of evidence. The report further disclosed that the case is civil in nature. 3. Considering the above facts as well as submission made by the parties, the instant case has become infructous. Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 4442 of 2022 is disposed of with the above observation. 4. Consequently the application being CRAN 7/2024 is also thus disposed. 2 5.
