This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the 2nd respondent in considering the cases of the petitioners for grant of house site pattas as recommended in proceedings, i) Rc.F.LANDOWL(COR)/7/2019, dated 16.07.2018, ii) RDOKNL-MIS/354/2018-SA(C)-RDOKRNL-KRNLDVN, dated 07.07.2018 issued by 3rd respondent 3 RDO and iii) Rc.A/429/2015, dated 24.06.2018 issued by 4th respondent 3 MRO, and interference with petitioners’ peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.1.40 cents in Sy.No.182/2, 36 and 40 wards, situated in Kalluru village and Mandal, Kurnool, under <Navaratnalu 3 Pedalandariki Illu programme= without considering the said recommendations and without following the procedure established by law. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions from the 4th respondent dated 20.09.2025 submits that the petitioners’ representation cannot be considered for allotment of house sites in the subject land as it is a Government Poramboke Rastha. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, if the petitioners are otherwise eligible for any allotment of house site pattas, the petitioners are at liberty to make representation afresh to the respondent Nos.2 to 4 7 HBKM,J W.P.No.10501 of 2020 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order enclosing all the necessary documents in support of their claim. On receipt of such representations, if any, from the petitioners, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, on the existing policy of the State for providing any house site pattas, if they are otherwise found to be eligible. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
