Case No.201 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 331(4) and 305 of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. The petitioner is accused of purchasing stolen and looted ornaments. He is in custody since 07.12.2024. 4. The petitioner has himself given a self- inculpatory statement. Some of the looted and stolen ornaments have been recovered from the petitioner. 5.
