The said works are duly recorded in M-Book No. 113-A/ZP/2020- 2021, pertaining to the work of Upgradation of Own Anganwadi Building at Khambampadu-3 (Code No. 723125), Khambampadu Village, Nuzendia Mandal, executed under the ICDS Grant 2018-2019 Funds. The said work was entrusted to the Sarpanch, Grama Panchayat, Khambampadu Village, on nomination basis, and was duly completed and approved for payment of a total amount of Rs. 1,97,209/-, despite completion of the defect liability period and repeated representations made by the petitioner, the respondents have failed to release the bill amounts without any justifiable reason. The said inaction on the part of the respondents is illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, and amounts to unjust enrichment, besides being violative of Articles 14, 19, 21, and 300-A of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents forthwith to release bill amounts admittedly due to the petitioner in respect of aforesaid works along with interest accrued there on and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents to release the funds through proper banking channels into the account of the petitioner or any other account as may be deemed appropriate, towards the amount payable for the work executed by the petitioner under M-Book No. 113-A/ZP/2020-2021, relating to the Upgradation of Own Anganwadi Building at Khambampadu-3 (Code No. * 723125), Khambampadu Village, Nuzendia Mandal, Palnadu District, for a total amount of ?1,97,209/-, pending disposal of the main writ petition, and pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1. Sri Balakrishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader, by placing on record the written instructions of the Executive Engineer, PRI Division, Narasaraopet vide Lr.Rc.No.A5/Court Cases/2024, dated 22.12.2025 submitted that the authorities admitted the amount claimed by the petitioner and sought ten (10) weeks time for payment. 3. Sri B.V.Pavan Kumar, learned counsel, representing Sri Somisetty Ganesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, reported no objection for granting time sought for by the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to pay an amount of Rs.1,97,209/- to the petitioner within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
