He was killed by his brothers on property dispute. She and the first wife have been dispossessed from their husband's property by his brothers. For relief, his client had made representation dated 10th July, 2024, inter alia, to the District Magistrate and the Superintendent of police. 2. He seeks direction for consideration of the representation. 3. Mr. Ambrish Shukla, learned advocate, State Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits that the representation is considered. 4. Respondent no.2 is directed to consider petitioner's representation dated 10th July, 2024. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of the representation to said respondents.
