02. Heard Sri Ghanta Sridhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 03. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent police have been calling the petitioner to the police station and threatened him to bind over the case on the petitioner for entering in to his property admeasuring Ac. 2.35 cents in Sy.No. 220-7, 221-1,221-2, 221-3 219/2, 219/3, 208-2, 209-2 of B.Yaleru village, Atmakur Mandal, Anantapur District. 04. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the respondent Nos.4 and 5 are not calling the petitioner to the police station. 05. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction that the police shall follow the due process of law in the event of registration of any crime against the petitioner. Further, the police are directed

not to summon the petitioner to the police station or otherwise interfere in the private disputes in the absence of any crime regsistered against him
