Learned counsel for appellants submits that the expert committee which has reiterated the answer to be correct relating to question No.54 has committed an error. 2. We find that neither the expert committee report is available on record nor the same is under challenge. Learned Single Judge has relied upon the said expert committee report. 3. While, we find that there is no error in the view taken by the learned Single Judge. We, in the interest of justice allow appellants to challenge the expert committee report for which they would be free to prefer a separate proceedings. The view taken by the learned Single Judge would in no manner affect the proceedings which will be taken. 4. In view of above, the appeal is dismissed accordingly. 5.
