Police report by S.I. Arjun Singh of Police Station- Girwan, District- Banda has also been submitted clearly stating therein that on interrogation by the family members of the deceased, it had been informed that the victim had already passed away. The death certificate issued by Gram Pradhan of Barsara Bujurg, P.S. Girwan, District Banda is also on record. 2. In view thereof, since sole appellant- Dharampal had already passed away, the instant criminal appeal stands dismissed as having been abated. 4.
