CM Appl. 58970/2025 [for restoration] This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking restoration of the present petition, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 11.08.2025 recording therein the non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Notice to respondents could not be issued for want of process fee as well as latest address of respondent no.1 in order to serve both the respondents.
