This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

2. None represented on behalf of the Petitioner. The present Writ Petition was filed seeking a direction to the police to conclude the investigation in FIR No.424 of 2020. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that charge sheet is filed in this matter and the relief has become infructuous. 4. In that view of the matter, no further orders are required in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to Costs.
