When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that a case in Cr.No.63 of 2024 under Sections 448 & 506 r/w 34 of IPC of Nagarapalem P.S., Guntur District has been registered. 4 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders. 4. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
