By way of this instant MCC, the applicant seeks modification in the order dated 27.11.2024, passed in WPS No. 7659 of 2024 by this Court. 2. Upon perusal of the order dated 27.11.2024, it is apparent that there are typographical errors in the para-1 & para- 2. 2 3. In para-1, the phrase “Teacher (Panchayat)” was inadvertently used instead of “Lecturer (Panchayat)” Similarly, in line No. 6 of para-2, the phrase “Teacher (Panchayat)” was inadvertently used instead of “Lecturer (Panchayat)”. 4. In the light of the aforementioned typographical errors, the order dated 27.11.2024, passed in WPS No. 7659 of 2024 is hereby modified and (i) phrase "Teacher (Panchayat)" mentioned in para-1 of the said order is rectified and shall now be read as "Lecturer (Panchyat)" . (ii) phrase “Teacher (Panchayat)” mentioned in line No. 6 of para-2 of the said order is rectified and shall now be read as “Lecturer (Panchyat)” . 5.
