He would submit that as per death certificate, he was died on 24.05.2018 at the age of 75 years and his place of death is mentioned as Village Semardih due to accident with animal (elephant) and said fact was informed to the concerned office by one Kushram. In view of such submission, learned counsel for the appellants would submit that he has no contact with the appellants. Considering the aforesaid submissions, learned counsel for the appellant is directed to sent letter to the other appellants who are alive and shall also file suitable application within a period of 12 weeks.
