GP FOR REVENUE (AP) 2 HBKM,J W.P.No.7545 of 2020 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in seeking to assign the <Kunta Poramboke= lands to an extent of Ac.0.13 cents, Ac.0.10 cents and Ac.0.08 cents (i.e. different bits) in Sy.No.43, situated at Balliparru Village, Pamarru Mandal, Krishna District which are abutting to the <Panta Kaluva= and 12 feet width Panchayat Cement Road and abutting to the lands of the petitioner herein, in favour of the landless poor persons for the construction of houses. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the instructions of the 4th respondent dated 06.08.2025 received in W.P.No.7483 of 2020 submits that the then Tahsildar identified and proposed the alternative lands (patta and acquired) to an extent of Ac.2.20 cents in R.S.No.38-2B, 3, 4 in the same village. Those lands were assigned to the eligible poor persons and house site pattas were issued under the welfare scheme of the State. 4. In view of the same, as the respondent authorities concerned did not proceeded with the subject land and as such no cause survives in this matter. The written instructions received in W.P.No.7483 of 2020 of the 4th respondent dated 06.08.2025 shall be made as part of the Court record. 3 HBKM,J W.P.No.7545 of 2020 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
