By the present writ petition, the petitioner who is the son of the deceased employee namely Motijhari Devi who was an Assistant Teacher at Govt. Girls Primary School, Ramanujganj, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj, she died on 04.03.2001, however after her death till date the amount due towards GPF and arrears of Kramunnati, Gratuity and Leave encashment has not been released by the respondent to the petitoner who is the legal heirs of the deceased employee. 3 2. Learned counsel for the State and the respondent no. 3 would submit that the petitoner’s claim towards the reterial dues of his mother can be considered by the Committee constituted by the State Government for redressal of dispute of retiral dues/pension and the said committee shall consider the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law by examining the claim lodged by the petitoner. 3. I have perused the pleadings of the petitioner and in view of the submissions made by the respondents, the petitioner is directed to approach the High Power Pension Redressal Committee within a period of 30 days and in case the petitioner approach the Committee, the Committee is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law within a further period of 90 days from receipt of the representation submitted by the petitioner. 4.
