In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner to pay off the amounts covered by Ext.P4 demand notice in 8 equal monthly instalments, the first instalment becoming payable on or before 27.04.2025 and the remaining instalments becoming payable on or before the 27th of the succeeding months.
