In view of the above, though the respondents have not been served, in view of the limited relief that has been sought in the above revision, I do not deem it necessary that notice has to be served on the respondents. 4. Hence the trial Court shall expedite the enquiry in the final decree application in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in OS.No.197 of 2008 and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of.
