The petitioner is before this Court praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider representation dated 28.02.2024 (Annexure- F) given by the petitioner and to pass appropriate order regarding approval of his appointment and to - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:7045 WP No. 8780 of 2024 include his name in the final seniority list of the Bill Collector. 3. Today learned counsel Sri Somayaji B.J. for respondents 2 and 3, files memo enclosing endorsement dated 16.09.2022 wherein the petitioner's request for approval of his appointment is rejected. 4. As the petitioner's request is already considered and endorsement dated 16.09.2022 is issued, question of issuing mandamus to consider representation of the petitioner, wherein the petitioner has sought for approval of his appointment and to include his name in the final seniority list of the Bill Collector, would not arise. 5.
