We took note of a pending revisional application with regard to the police case by order dated February 24, 2025. 2. Criminal revisional application appeared in the list on February 27, 2025. 2 3. We considered both the criminal revisional application as well as the bail application and dictated an order in Court. While correcting the order, it appeared to us that, since the determination for the criminal revisional application was lying with the learned Single Judge, consideration thereof should be made by the appropriate Court. 4.
