The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding directing the Consolidation Officer (C.O.) respondent no.2 to decide the objection dated 14.8.2023 under Section 9A (2) of the U.P.C.H. Act in computer case No. 20245415959071288 (Afshan Vs. Shiv Goind and others) pending before the Consolidation Officer (C.O.) respondent no.2, Tehsil Belthara Road, District Ballia within stipulated period as this Hon'ble Court may be directed." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that objection under Section 9A (2) of the U.P.C.H. Act filed at the instance of the petitioner is pending before respondent no.2, Consolidation Officer Belthara Road Ballia since 14.8.2023. He further submitted that issues have been framed in the proceeding and opposite parties have appeared in the aforementioned proceeding. He further placed certified copy of the order sheet of the pending proceeding in order to demonstrate that matter is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is finally disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Consolidation Officer, Belthara Road Ballia to decide the aforementioned title objection after affording proper opportunity of hearing to both parties expeditiously preferably within period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
