Case No. 81/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 506, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Smt. Nutan Ekka, learned J.M., 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. On 04.06.2024, named accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant & his father. They also fired upon him. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that there is no allegation of firing against the petitioner. It was further submitted that there is general allegation against him. 5. Mr. Shailesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
