The Court made the following ORDER: I THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K SREENIVASA REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION No: 704 OF 2025 ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioners/A6, A12 to A14, seeking bail, l'n Crime No.95/2024 of RSASTF Police Statl'on, Tirupathi. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioners and others for the offences punishable under Sections 49, 61(2) of B.N.S. and See.20(1 )(d)(i)(a) read with 20(1)(c)(ii) of A.P.Forest (Amendment) Act, 2016. 3. This is a case of criminal conspiracy, abetment to commit the offence, criminal trespass into reserve forest without permission in order to cut red sander trees that occurred on o2.12.2024 at about'2.00 am in reserve forest, near llT college, Yerpedu Forest Beat, Krishnapuram forest section, Yerpedu Mandal, Tirupati Range in which Al to A14 were arrested and lnnova car bearing no.AP 16 BL 7992 and Mahindra Bolero pick up goods carriage No.TN 36 AR 5740 were seized. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that major part of the investigation is completed except filing of charge sheet. }\./ I 2 6. Learned counsel far the petitioners submits that the petitioners are cooll'es and trespassed l'nto the forest area. Learned Assistant public prosecutor submits that poll®ce sel'zed five axes and one I-ron saw from the petitioners. Except that there ,'s no material available to connect the petitI-Oners with the crime. The petitioners are coolI'eS and that they are languishing I'n ja" from 02.12.2024 i.e. for more than one and half month. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, thl's court is inc'l'ned to grant ba" to the petl'tioners hereI'n, On the followl-ng conditions.
