Counsel for the Petitioners: NIMMAGADDA REVATHI Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR SOCIAL WELFARE Counsel for the Respondents:P R K AMERANDRA KUMAR SRK, J WP No.33885 of 2018 4 The Court made the following ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the order passed by 1st respondent in GO Ms.No.103, Social Welfare (TW.LTR-I) Department, dated 19.07.2018, whereby and whereunder the revision petition filed by 4th respondent herein was allowed by setting aside the orders passed by 2nd respondent – Agent to Government-cum-District Collector, West Godavari district, at Eluru, in SRA No.4/2010(F2), dated 23.07.2011, and 3rd respondent – Special Deputy Collector (Tribal Welfare), Eluru, West Godavari district, in SRA No.2/2002, dated 08.10.2003. 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare, and acceded to by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order passed in WP Nos.4761 and 4764 of 2019, dated 15.10.2025, wherein this Court, after an elaborate discussion, dismissed the said Writ Petitions. 3. In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid order, this Writ Petition is also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 4. Registry is directed to attach copy of the common order dated 15.10.2025 passed by this Court in WP Nos.4761 and 4764 of 2019 to this order. SRK, J WP No.33885 of 2018 5 5.
