Mr. Ankur Mittal, Addl.A.G., Haryana, and Mr. Gaurav Bansal, DAG, Haryana. *** SUDHIR SINGH (ORAL) By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner- company has sought issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent No.2-HRERA to decide the application dated 08.08.2024 (Annexure P-7) filed by the stakeholders jointly, for extension of time in respect of the resolution plan, in accordance with law. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the aforesaid application dated 08.08.2024 (Annexure P-7), a period of more than eight months has already elapsed, but no action has been taken thereon till date by the concerned authorities. Without commenting on merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-HRERA (competent authority), to look into the pending application dated 08.08.2024 (Annexure P-7) and pass an appropriate reasoned order thereon, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy/production of this order. 4.
