Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that the police have called the petitioners to the police station to enquire into the >Spandana? complaint which was given by one Smt.Palaparthi Tirupatamma, regarding the family disputes. But the petitioners did not turn up for the same. He would further submit that no crime has been registered against the petitioners and the police are not interfering in the matrimonial disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
