ORDER
“The present interlocutory application is filed seeking to relax the bail condition Nos.(ii) and (iii) imposed at paragraph No.6 while granting
7 the bail to the petitioner vide order dated 14.08.2025 in CrI.P.No. 8213 of
2025. Heard the
learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing on behalf of the State. Considering the submissions made, the condition No.(iii) viz., petitioner/accused No.1 shall not leave the limits of the District without prior permission from the Station House Officer concerned” is hereby relaxed. tt the In so far as, the condition No.(ii) viz., that “the petitioner/accused No.1 shall appear before the Station House Officer, Chandariapadu Police Station, NTR District, on every Saturday in between 10:00 am and 05:00 pm, till cognizance is taken by the learned Trial Court”, is concerned, the same is modified as hereunder:
