Since the appeal is already decided, the respondent no.1(a) to 1(f) are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited with this Court along with accrued interest in terms of the judgment dated 29.08.2024, passed in First Appeal No.708/2011. CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO.472 OF 2025: 1. Heard. 2. The name of respondent no.1(f) is typed as Sangeeta Mukesh Bang. Her correct name is Sangeeta Mukesh Chandak. The name of respondent no.1(f) be corrected accordingly by deleting the surname Bang and 2 caf473.25.O.odt mentioning the surname Chandak. 3. Mr. Patre, the learned counsel for respondent no.1(a) to 1(f) states that different legal representatives of deceased respondent no.1 have executed power of attorney in favour of different individuals and prays that the amount be transmitted in the accounts of the constituted attorneys. 4. The parties are directed to appear before the Registrar (Judicial) to confirm the arrangement inter se between them. 5. The respondents are directed to contact the learned Registrar (Judicial) in order to fix up a date for appearance. The learned Registrar (Judicial) is directed to furnish report within a period of two weeks thereafter. The learned Registrar (Judicial) is also requested not to insist for appearance of all the parties on the same date, since having regard to the number of respondents it may not be convenient for all to appear on the same date.
