The Court made the following: ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd Respondent in providing Police aid to the Petitioners for effective implementation of the Judgment and Decree dt.05-07-2022 in O.S.No.292/2019 on the file of Hon’ble Principal Junior Civil Judge, Punganur, is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the principles of natural justice, violative of fundamental rights guaranteed under Articles 19 86 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to provide Police aid to the Petitioners for effective implementation of the Judgment and Decree dt.05-07-2022 in O.S.No.292/2019 on the file of Hon’ble Principal Junior Civil Judge, Punganur.”

Sri A.Syam Sundar Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that they filed a Civil Suit in O.S.No.292 of 2019 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Punganur and obtained judgment and decree of permanent injunction in their favour, but the defendants therein, who remained ex parte in the said suit, are threatening to dispossess the Petitioners from the subject property.
3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Respondent – Police have not received any representation from the Petitioners seeking police protection. 4. Recording the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, in the light of the decree and judgment passed in O.S.No.292 of 2019 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Punganur, the Petitioners are at liberty to make fresh representation to the Police as and when required and on filing such representation, the Police make take
