This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following relief:- <to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.4 and 5 in not passing orders on petitioner’s representation dated 05.05.2025 and interfering in peaceful possession and enjoyment of her agriculture land in Sy.No.100-3 to an extent of Ac.6.50 cents of Apparacheruvu village, Bathalapalli Mandal, Sri Satya Sai District by closing bullock cart Rasta from the land of respondent No.6 in Sy.No.100 of Apparacheruvu village, Bathalapalli Mandal, Sri Satya Sai District as illegal and arbitrary=. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel petitioner and also on perusal of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05.05.2025, it is only with regard to removal of obstructions made to approach her agricultural land. On verification of Form 1B, it clearly discloses the petitioner’s name. 4. Considering the submissions made by both the learned counsel and on perusal of the record, the Writ Petition is disposed of,

directing the respondent authorities to consider the request made by the petitioner on 05.05.2025 and pass appropriate orders after thorough enquiry, if required, by issuing notice to the 6th respondent. This Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case, hence, notice to respondent No.6 is dispensed with. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall also stand closed. __________________
