By this present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent to release the amount of Rs.7.38 lakhs which is due and payable to the petitioner for work carried out by the petitioner of “Construction of Lab and Renovation Work of Swami Atmanand Govt English Medium School Sonhat”, which was awarded to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the work allotted to the petitioner was successfully completed by the petitioner and the work completion certificate to that effect was issued by office of respondent No.4 to the petitioner on 13/06/2022 vide Annexure P-3. 3. Learned counsel for the State/respondents submits that if the work allotted to the petitioner has been completed, after verification of the same, the admissible amount, if any, would be released within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for both the parties. 5. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for both the parties and particularly considering that the work allotted to the petitioner by the respondents has been completed, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Nodal Officer, District Mining Fund Trust/respondent No.3 to release the admissible amount to the petitioner after the verification of the same, within a 3 period of thirty days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
