It transpires that petitioner has approached the third respondent i.e. Joint Commissioner and Joint Registrar, Co-operative, Vindhyachal Division, Mirzapur with a prayer to register his new society. This society is named as Bahuddeshyiy Prathmik Gramin Shahkari Samiti (B- PACS). Grievance is that despite expiry of more than two and half months, the society has not been accorded registration. 2. Learned Standing Counsel submits that such grievance of the petitioner can be examined by the third respondent at the first instance. 3. In that view of the matter, we permit the petitioner to approach third respondent annexing copy of his application filed along with supporting documents in respect of registration of his co-operative society together with the copy of this order within two weeks from today. Third respondent shall ensure that pending application for registration of society shall be accorded consideration, in accordance with law, by passing appropriate orders, within a period of two months. 4.
