Considering the same, the present restoration application is allowed, subject to the condition that the applicant cures all the defects pointed out by the Registry within a period of two week. If the defects are not cured by the applicant within the period of two week, then this order will not come into effect and the appeal will remain dismissed without any reference to the Court.
