Mr. B.S.Virk, Sr. DAG, Haryana. *** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226/227 of Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for issuance of direction by directing the respondents no. 2 to 3 protect the life and liberty of family members of the Petitioner from the hands of the respondents no. 4 to 5 as the respondent no. 4. to 5 are harassing and threatening the Petitioner and his family members. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.2-the Director General of Police, Panchkula, Haryana to decide the representations dated 29.11.2024 and 17.02.2025 (Annexure P-2 and P- 5) within a time bound manner. Without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No. 2-the Director General of Police, Panchkula, Haryana is directed to consider and decide the representations dated 29.11.2024 and 17.02.2025 (Annexure P-2 and P-5) by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
